Thank you for choosing Align Intu-it for your journey to alignment and well-being. When you book a specific service with us, payment is not required at the time of booking. Instead, your request will be reviewed, and if accepted, you will receive an email containing a booking calendar to finalize your appointment.

Payment is due when scheduling your appointment using the link provided. Appointments are held on the schedule for 24 hours without payment or prior payment arrangements. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment slot may be released.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, the following conditions apply:
  • Full Refund: Cancel or reschedule at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled session.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel or reschedule under 36 up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee, with the remaining 50% refunded.
  • Nil Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or fail to attend, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

3. Refund Process

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• You may cancel the appointment by emailing us directly with your request.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation being confirmed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please carefully review all details of our products and services provided on our website before making a payment. Once a purchase is made for products or services clearly outlined, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued beyond the stated eligibility criteria.
