My background is unusual. Twenty-five years in senior HR leadership taught me how sustained pressure, responsibility, and unspoken expectation shape behaviour and identity — in ways people rarely recognise in themselves.
Alongside it, two decades of practice in the work beneath the surface: subconscious pattern work, nervous system regulation, somatic integration, frequency medicine, and the energetic layer that so often holds the key to why change hasn’t stuck despite real effort.
Few people hold both. It means I can meet the woman and the pattern — the strategy and the soul — in the same room.
You won’t be pushed, analysed, or buried in techniques. What I create is a container — intelligent, safe, and precise — where the pattern can finally be reached rather than managed. Where nothing you bring is too much.
