These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website alignintu-it.com.au and your engagement with all services, programs, products, and offerings provided by Align Intu-it, operated by Elle Maree (ABN: 53 629 199 844) (“Align Intu-it”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, booking a service, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia (and New South Wales, Australiawhere applicable), and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those states
and the Federal Court of Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may haveunder the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded by agreement

All offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or discontinue any
offering at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
A booking is confirmed once full payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received and aconfirmation has been issued by Align Intu-it. By completing a booking, you confirm that you haveread, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment isrequired at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or booking platform. We do not store fullcredit card or banking details.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of booking will behonoured for that booking.
We understand that life is dynamic. Our cancellation and refund terms are designed to be fair to bothparties, while reflecting the genuine time, preparation, and capacity held for your session or program.Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The following cancellation terms apply to all individual sessions (including ThetaHealing®,Kinesiology, Sound Therapy, Tuning Fork Therapy, Transpersonal Crystal Therapy, and Threshold Realignment Method™ sessions):
More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% session fee retained; 50% refunded or credited toward a
rescheduled session.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation: The full session fee is non
refundable. Rescheduling is not available for same-day cancellations.
These terms reflect the genuine loss incurred when a session is cancelled at short notice, including preparation time, held capacity, and lost booking opportunity. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Readings (including Soul Realignment® Readings, Akashic Records Readings, Pattern Blueprint Readings, and Threshold Pattern Profile™ sessions) require significant advance preparation and research time on our part. The following terms apply:
More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
48 hours or less notice — reschedule: No charge. The booking will be carried forward to
your new appointment time.
48 hours or less notice — cancellation (not rescheduled): The full reading fee is non
refundable. Preparation work commences upon booking confirmation; the fee reflects this
investment of time.
Same-day cancellation: Full fee is non-refundable. No reschedule available on the same day.
If you are cancelling due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us at [email protected]. While we are unable to guarantee exceptions, we will always consider your situation with compassion.
For high-touch coaching containers and multi-session programs:
Prior to commencement: A non-refundable deposit (as stated at the time of purchase) is
retained. The remainder is refundable where the program has not commenced.
After commencement: No refund is available for any portion of the program already delivered.
Where sessions remain unused and cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control,
we will consider a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
Payment plans, where available, remain payable in full regardless of whether all sessions are attended.
The following terms apply to ThetaHealing® training courses:
More than 14 days before course commencement: Full refund less any non-refundable
deposit.
7–14 days before commencement: 50% of the course fee is retained; 50% refunded.
Less than 7 days before commencement: Full course fee is non-refundable. Transfer to a
future course date may be available at our discretion, subject to a transfer fee.
After commencement: No refund available for any portion of the course completed.
Retreat places are limited and require significant advance commitment. The following terms apply:
More than 60 days before retreat commencement: Full refund less the non-refundable
deposit (as stated at time of booking).
30–60 days before commencement: 50% of the retreat fee is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before commencement: The full retreat fee is non-refundable. Partial fee
transfer to a future retreat date may be available at our discretion, subject to availability.
We strongly recommend that retreat participants obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund or credit note.
3–7 days’ notice: 50% refund or partial credit note toward a future session.
Less than 3 days / same-day: Non-refundable. A credit note may be issued at our discretion
Retreat places are limited and require significant advance commitment. The following terms apply:
Offer a full refund of any amounts paid for the cancelled session or event, or
Offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost
Where a retreat or training course is cancelled by us, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid. We are not liable for any consequential costs (such as travel or accommodation) unless those costs were incurred at our direction.
The following terms apply to all digital products, including frequency download tracks, audio files, the 21-Day Frequency Reset program, Threshold Pattern Library™ digital profiles, course materials, and all other downloadable or streamed digital content.
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or a file has been made available for download. This applies to:
Individual frequency tracks and audio downloads
Bundled frequency programs (including the 21-Day Frequency Reset, Renew-Realign
Recharge Series)
Digital audio scripts, crystal protocol guides, and affirmation sets
Threshold Pattern Library™ digital profiles
Any other downloadable digital file or streamed audio content
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital products once download access has been provided. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to digital products. If a digital product you have purchased fails to function as described (for example, an audio file is corrupted, fails to download, or does not match the product description), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days
of purchase with:
Your order confirmation or proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Screenshots or other evidence of the fault where possible
We will investigate promptly and, where a genuine faultis confirmed, provide a replacement file, alternative access, or a refund as appropriate under the ACL.
For online course enrolments and digital program access (other than individual downloadable files):
Within 7 days of enrolment, before accessing more than 20% of the content: A refund
may be requested. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the content has been accessed: No refund is
available.
Your statutory rights under the ACL apply at all times, regardless of the above.
The following terms apply to physical products purchased through the Align Intu-it online shop, including crystals, tools, and other wellness items.
All physical products sold by Align Intu-it come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:
Is not of acceptable quality
Is not fit for any purpose we represented it as being fit for
Does not match its description
Has a hidden defect that a buyer would not reasonably expect
If you receive a physical product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item. To assist us in resolving your concern promptly, your notification should include:
Your name and order number
A clear photograph showing the fault or damage
A written description of the issue
Whether the item was damaged in transit or appears to have a manufacturing fault
Important: While we ask that you notify us within 24 hours to help us manage our inventory and courier processes efficiently, this timeframe is a practical request and does not limit or extinguish your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, your ACL consumer guarantee rights continue to apply regardless of when you notify us.
Upon receiving your notification and reviewing the evidence provided, we will:
For a minor fault: offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion
For a major fault: offer your choice of a replacement or full refund
Arrange return postage or cover reasonable return costs where a fault is confirmed
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on physical products. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us at [email protected].
We take care in packing and dispatching orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (including postal or courier delays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once an item has been dispatched.
If an item is lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the relevant carrier on your behalf.

Please include your full name, the date of your booking or purchase, the relevant service or product, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to
resolve it within 10 business days.
All services, sessions, readings, programs, and products provided by Align Intu-it are complementary and holistic in nature. They are intended to support personal wellbeing, self-exploration, and frequency alignment. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or mental health treatment or advice.
Align Intu-it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified medical or mental health professionals for any concerns relating to their physical or mental health.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align Intu-it’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, products, or website is limited to:
Re-supplying the relevant service or product, or
Refunding the price paid for the relevant service or product
We exclude all other liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All content published or distributed by Align Intu-it — including but not limited to the Threshold Realignment Method™, Threshold Philosophy™, Threshold Pattern Profile™, Threshold Pattern Library™, course materials, audio tracks, frequency programs, written content, imagery, branding, and website content — is the intellectual property of Align Intu-it and Elle Maree, protected by
Australian and international copyright law.
By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non exclusive licence to use the content for your own personal use only. You must not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without our prior written consent
Use any content for commercial purposes
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
Share login credentials or program access with any third party
Breach of these terms may result in termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.
All information shared during sessions, readings, and coaching engagements is held in the strictest confidence and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at alignintu-it.com.au). Session notes and records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Equally, we ask that clients respect the confidentiality of any information shared by other participants in group settings (workshops, retreats, training courses). Details shared by other participants in a group context must not be disclosed outside of that setting.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients. We ask that all clients:
Engage with sessions in good faith and with respect for the practitioner and any other participants
Disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to commencing a session or program
Contact us in advance if you have concerns about whether a service is appropriate for your current health circumstances
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service to any client who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided for any portion of the session or program completed.
Align Intu-it welcomes clients from around the world. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Where you access our services or purchase our products from outside Australia, your local consumer protection laws may also apply to the extent they cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or will, limit rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts (including online purchases) under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, ancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content — including frequency download tracks, audio files, the 21-Day Frequency Reset program, Threshold Pattern Library™ digital profiles, and any other ownloadable digital content — where delivery has commenced with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase of any digital product from Align Intu-it, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of delivery of the digital content and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced. This acknowledgment is made at the time of purchase and forms part of your agreement to these Terms.
For non-digital services (such as individual sessions or coaching programs) purchased online, EU and UK clients retain the standard 14-day withdrawal right prior to commencement of the service. Once a session or service has commenced, or where you have requested and agreed to early commencement of the service within the 14-day window, the right of withdrawal is lost for that service.
If you are an EU or UK client and have a question about your withdrawal rights before purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] before completing your purchase.
If you are located outside Australia, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights or remedies. We will always act in good faith to resolve disputes. Where your local mandatory consumer laws provide rights that cannot be contractually excluded, those rights continue to apply. Our refund and cancellation policies otherwise apply as set out in these Terms.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, or import charges applicable in their home jurisdiction. Align Intu-it is not responsible for any additional costs imposed by your local tax authority or financial institution.
Clients engaging in extended one-on-one coaching containers or multi-month programs (including the Threshold Realignment Method™ container and any bespoke 3–12 month coaching engagements) will be required to enter into a separate Client Service Agreement prior to commencement.
The Client Service Agreement will govern the specific terms of that engagement, including scope of services, session structure, payment schedule, and any program-specific conditions. These Terms continue to apply alongside the Client Service Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between
these Terms and the Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
No one-on-one coaching container will be considered confirmed until a signed. Client Service Agreement and any required deposit have been received by Align Intu-it.
Participation in Align Intu-it retreats, day events, and in-person workshops involves inherent physical and emotional elements. Prior to attending any such event, participants will be required to complete:
A pre-event health and wellbeing intake questionnaire
A separate Participant Waiver and Assumption of Risk declaration
The Participant Waiver is a standalone document and must be signed and returned to Align Intu-it before attendance will be confirmed. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the Participant Waiver.
Participants acknowledge that:
It is their responsibility to disclose any physical, medical, or psychological conditions that may be relevant to teir participation
Align Intu-it reserves the right to decline participation where a disclosed condition presents a risk to the safety of the participant or others
Complementary and energy-based modalities delivered at retreats and events are not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical or psychological care
Insurance: Retreat and event participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance prior to attendance. Align Intu-it is not liable for costs arising from participant cancellation, illness, or travel disruption.
Align Intu-it will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Natural disasters, fire, flood, or severe weather events
Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
Government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, or travel bans
Power outages, internet failure, or platform outages affecting digital service delivery
Death, serious illness, or family emergency affecting the practitioner
In a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will offer either a reschedule to a mutually convenient time or, where rescheduling is not practicable within a reasonable period, a full refund of any amounts paid for the affected service or event.
Where a retreat or multi-day event is affected by force majeure, we will refund amounts paid less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf (such as venue deposits or pre-ordered materials), with evidence of those costs provided on request.
These Terms have been drafted in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law unfair contract terms provisions, which apply to standard form consumer contracts and, since November 2023, to standard form small business contracts. We have taken care to ensure that no term in this document:
Creates a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations
Is not reasonably necessary to protect our legitimate business interests
Would cause detriment — financial or otherwise — to you if relied upon
If you believe any term in this document is unfair, we invite you to raise this with us at [email protected] before accepting these Terms. We are committed to operating with transparency and integrity.
Your use of alignintu-it.com.au is subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of any third-party websites.
The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that the information is current, complete, or free from error.
Our collection and handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at alignintu-it.com.au.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last Reviewed” date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you directly. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from these Terms or your engagement with Align Intu-it, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia. For international clients, nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction
under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
