Transformation Sessions are personalised, intuitive 1:1 sessions designed to

meet you where you are.

Rather than following a fixed structure, each session responds to what you

need most in the moment. This may include grounded conversation, coaching,

reflective exercises, subconscious or energetic release, and future-

focused intuitive guidance.

Depending on what is most supportive for you, sessions may draw on modalities such as kinesiology, sound healing,

intuitive energy work, and other integrative practices — always guided by what will best support clarity and integration.

These sessions support internal recalibration, helping you move beyond coping and into greater coherence, clarity, and confidence in your next steps.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you

arrive.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

No preparation is required. You may wish to reflect on what feels most pressing or important right now, but clarity often unfolds during the session itself.

Simply arrive as you are.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Transformation Sessions are supportive and insight-oriented rather than clinical or goal-driven. The focus is on helping you stabilise, gain perspective, and reconnect with your own inner resources.

They can complement therapy or coaching if you are already receiving that support.

Will I have to talk the entire time?

Not at all. Some sessions are conversational, while others include quieter reflective or experiential elements. You are free to engage in whatever way feels most comfortable.

What if I become emotional?

Emotional responses are natural during times of change. The session provides a safe, steady space where emotions can be expressed without judgment, and you will be supported to feel grounded before the session ends.

What might I feel after the session?

Can sessions be done online as well as in person?

How long is a session?

The initial session is typically 1.5 hours and then between 1 – 1.5hours for subsequent sessions

How many sessions will I need?

Some clients benefit from a single session during a difficult period, while others choose ongoing support over time. Multi-session packages are available for those wanting continuity.

Is this confidential?

Yes. All sessions are conducted with respect, discretion, and confidentiality. All personal information  is stored in a private and secured space.

Is this a replacement for medical or psychological care?

No. Transformation Sessions are a complementary form of support and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
